Lorenz sells and rents construction and industrial equipment from
more than two dozen manufacturers with 300 different models.
Conservatively estimating that there are 150 parts, assemblies,
accessories, hoses and fittings per model, that means that there
are approximately 50,000 parts that need to be available to customers
and to the Lorenz service team on a moment's notice to keep that
equipment running. That's a lot of parts.

Fortunately, the Lorenz parts department is up to the challenge.
Using sophisticated parts-tracking software, we can quickly determine
if the part is currently in stock. If it isn't, we order it
electronically, often online. Then we verify delivery date and track
the part until it is delivered to the customer or our service
department.

We can't keep every part in stock at our Columbus and Mansfield
locations, but we determine the parts that are often needed and make
sure they're in our warehouses.
