When a piece of equipment goes down, that's a crisis. When that happens, the Lorenz Service Team springs into action. If it needs to be repaired at the customer's location, we have mobile service teams ready to go out - day and night - to get that equipment back up and running.

At our well-equipped service departments in Columbus and Mansfield, we have sophisticated diagnostic equipment ready to get to the heart of the problem. We work hand-in-hand with our parts department to make sure that every part required to make repairs is on hand when it is needed.

Our people are constantly undergoing training and updating on the equipment we sell. Every serviceman attends multiple schools at our manufacturer's headquarters each year, and mini-seminars are regularly run at our service facility by manufacturers' training personnel. LORENZ SUPPORTS.
